Poulin Willey Trial Lawyers in Newark, DE seeks an experienced Trial Lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. Active Delaware Bar in good standing required; candidates with 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Bar membership in good standing.
• Ideally 2+ years of litigation or trial experience in personal injury or related areas, but training is available for less-experienced candidates.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from filing through settlement or verdict.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection and opening/closing statements.
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff for thorough case preparation.
