Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair.
• Member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies about status.
• Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
