Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters through litigation to settlement or verdict.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection and opening/closing statements.
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
