BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. The attorney will focus on motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, handling trial preparation and courtroom representation for plaintiffs.

Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings, guiding clients through litigation, coordinating with experts, and preparing for depositions and court appearances. A Tennessee Bar license is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• Active Tennessee Bar in good standing.
• Ability to handle a high volume of litigation.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
