Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as first-chair trial counsel in personal injury cases, from pre-trial motions to verdict.
  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip-and-falls, and premises liability.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
  • Develop case strategies, prepare compelling trial materials, and deliver persuasive courtroom arguments.
  • Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure seamless case progression and client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (active and in good standing).
  • Preferably licensed in Georgia (but not required).
  • At least 3-5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record of first-chair trial experience in personal injury cases.
  • A hard-working, self-motivated attorney who thrives under pressure and loves the thrill of trial work.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to connect with clients, juries, and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passionate about advocating for plaintiffs and securing justice for the injured.
