We are seeking an experienced Environmental Law Associate / Staff Attorney for our established law firm. This is a 100% remote position based in Northeast Ohio, with a license to practice law in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Handle remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Manage transaction-triggered environmental laws
• Assess environmental risks in contracts
• Utilize environmental insurance policies for risk management
• Work on project financing, land use issues, and regulatory compliance
