Job summary

Friedland Law in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with proven experience managing personal injury matters and strong client communication.

You will handle a full pre-litigation caseload, gather medical records, coordinate with providers, prepare demand packages, and assist attorneys with settlements while maintaining meticulous case files.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in personal injury.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
• Bilingual English, Spanish (REQUIRED), and Portuguese is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
