Job summary

Law Firms in California seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys through filing, discovery, and trial preparation in civil litigation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong knowledge of California civil procedure, and leadership capability; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from filing through trial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in California civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and court filings
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and statutes of limitation
• Coordinate service of process and communicate with courts and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, settlements, and client communication
• Supervise and mentor assigned legal assistants

Qualifications

• Plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000- $120,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
