Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior legal experience in personal injury or litigation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle new client intake and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Gather police reports, medical records, open records requests, and other case-related documents.
• Prepare medical chronologies and deposition summaries.
• Assist with answering and summarizing discovery responses.
• Organize and maintain case files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with preparing demand letters and settlement packages.
• Schedule depositions and coordinate case-related deadlines.
• Prepare settlement statements and related documents.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide trial support as needed.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the life of a case.
