Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This role supports pre-litigation and litigation, handling a full caseload from intake through settlement.

You will draft demand letters, pleadings, manage medical records, communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel, and assist attorneys with trial prep. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as paralegal in a plaintiff personal injury firm.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
• Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, or premises liability claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseload from intake through settlement.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Organize and summarize medical records and bills.
• Calculate damages, liens, and prepare settlement statements.
• Maintain case files and deadlines in case management software.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits.
• Track statutes of limitations and deadlines.
• Coordinate with out-of-state counsel on nationwide matters.
