USClaims seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal in Boca Raton, FL, to support directors, law firms, and plaintiffs through the funding process. You will review funding needs, collect medical and case information, and maintain timely updates for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a personal injury firm, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm is required.
• Experience with client intake, case management, and medical record collection.
• Solid understanding of the personal injury litigation process.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support one directing attorney and team with funding and case processing.
• Review leads and documents to ensure sufficient information for underwriting.
• Request additional information as needed (medical records, police reports).
• Create funding requests and manage leads in CRM, updating stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain strong relationships with law firms and referral partners.
