JurisTalent in the St. Louis area seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support plaintiff-side litigation.

You will manage cases from intake to settlement or trial, draft documents, and coordinate with clients and providers in a collaborative, flexible hybrid environment. The ideal candidate has strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with case management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal injury paralegal, preferably in a plaintiff-side practice.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and case management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys with case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Monitor case deadlines, maintain files, and ensure matters progress efficiently.
• Prepare settlement demands and assist with settlement negotiations and disbursements.
