Edgar Snyder & Associates in Johnstown, PA is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join the Personal Injury team. You will organize case files, draft documents, and support discovery and court filings in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years paralegal experience (or 5 years) and a paralegal certificate or degree; proficient MS Office; strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. We offer a hybrid work arrangement and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years paralegal experience plus paralegal certification OR five (5) years paralegal experience.
• Experience in Personal Injury areas of law.
• Paralegal degree / certificate required unless substituted with equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains case files.
• Prepares legal documents such as petitions, subpoenas, pre-trial submissions, briefs, and motions.
• Prepares and organizes case materials to support client cases and court filings.
• Oversees timely ordering of records by legal assistants.
• Tracks requests for information and conducts legal research as needed.
