W3Global is seeking a Personal injury paralegal to join our team. This full-time role involves drafting legal documents, coordinating subpoenas, managing daily case activity, and assisting attorneys with discovery and trial prep.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or related degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. High school diploma required; paralegal education preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience.
  • Experience in a law firm environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and document preparation.
  • Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
  • Coordinate the service and delivery of subpoenas and other legal documents.
  • Manage and coordinate daily case activity and law office operations.
  • Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
  • Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and other parties as needed.
