Job summary

Grey & Grey, LLP, a busy personal injury law firm in New York, seeks a full-time experienced paralegal to manage negligence cases from intake through trial.

The ideal candidate will handle client communication, coordinate investigations, review medical records, and prepare pleadings and motions, while maintaining calendars and deadlines. Spanish speaking is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience; benefits include medical, dental and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a paralegal role.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
