Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury.
- Experience in legal research, case management, document management, litigation support, and legal writing.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient with legal software for case management and document organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to support case prep and strategy.
- Manage a case from inception to resolution and coordinate with clients.
- Oversee document management and filing of relevant paperwork.
- Provide litigation support: drafting pleadings, exhibits, and deposition prep.
- Draft clear briefs, motions, and memoranda.
