Responsibilities include supporting cases through pre-litigation to trial, preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing medical records, and coordinating hearings.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on paralegal experience in personal injury or bodily injury matters required.
• Experience preparing legal documents, coordinating discovery, and managing case deadlines.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain consistent follow-through in a busy practice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

• Track case deadlines, maintain organized files, and coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties to move cases forward.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Assist with settlement documentation and lien resolution.
