Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation—from intake to settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files, medical records, bills, and correspondence
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information
• Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills using Eve software
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and experts
• Draft and file legal documents: complaints, discovery, motions, subpoenas, settlement agreements
• Schedule depositions, mediation's, IMEs, and other legal appointments
• Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit binders and witness lists

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of state court filing procedures
• Familiarity with Filevine and other legal case management tools
• Understanding of medical terminology and the litigation process
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
