Rubenstein Law is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of PI litigation experience to manage high-value cases from filing through verdict. The role demands proactive client meetings, discovery handling, and strategic trial preparation across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida license, excel in negotiation and communications, and demonstrate leadership in guiding a team while handling a heavy caseload with diligence.

Competenze

• A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
• 1-5 years of experience as a PI Litigator
• The ability to handle a large and active caseload from filing through verdict
• Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Analytical and research skills
• A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions
