The role offers mentorship, growth potential, and a hands-on litigation track with a designated docket from day one, including pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation. Must be admitted to the Texas bar and reside near Austin.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Texas bar license.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury background required.
• Trial experience a plus, but not required.
• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
• Must reside in Austin or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• drafted pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Responding to and objecting to discovery.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Conducting legal research.
• Arguing motions in court.
• Leading case strategy and investigations.
• Collaborating across dockets.
• Participating in trials.
• Managing settlement disbursements.
