LumenCeler Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to independently manage litigation files at a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago. This role involves handling cases from filing to resolution and advocating for injured clients.

The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, participate in drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. Qualifications

• Prior personal injury litigation experience required.
• Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Trial preparation or trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from litigation through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and settlement documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
