Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group in Irving, TX seeks a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join its litigation team in-office. You will support attorneys from intake through trial, handling pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience, deep knowledge of Texas court rules, and proven trial preparation skills in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role at our Irving, TX office with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules.
• Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We fight for clients injured in 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and other complex personal injury cases. We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.
