Sullivan & Galleshaw, LLP, a dynamic plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in Ozone Park, NY, seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys and move cases efficiently from intake through resolution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on personal injury matters, drafting documents, obtaining records, and coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurers to advance cases toward resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury matters.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing case files from intake through trial preparation.
• Drafting legal documents, including summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses.
• Obtaining and organizing medical records, accident reports, and other critical case documents.
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials.
• Managing court calendars, filing deadlines, and case status updates.
• Answering phones and assisting with new potential client calls/intakes as needed.
