The ideal candidate will assist with depositions and hearings, communicate with Spanish- or Russian-speaking clients, and help maintain thorough case documentation from pre-trial through resolution. This onsite role offers a collaborative culture with a young, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience in NY
• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury litigation caseload from pre-trial through resolution
• Prepare and organize litigation documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and case files
• Coordinate and assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, and opposing counsel
• Translate and interpret for attorneys and clients as needed
• Review, collect, and organize medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate litigation calendars
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and hearing materials
• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all case information is properly documented
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced litigation environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of New York personal injury litigation procedures
• Experience handling depositions, hearings, discovery, and litigation support
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Russian required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce is a plus
• Location: Lower Manhattan, New York, NY
• Schedule: Fully onsite
• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
