Slocumb Law Firm, a growing Personal Injury litigation firm, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join the Auburn, Alabama team. The ideal candidate will manage PI cases from intake to resolution, including trial, with strong client communication and strategic litigation skills.

The role requires an active Alabama Bar license, and a minimum of 2 years PI experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a national PI practice, enjoying competitive

Qualifications

Active Alabama Bar license in good standing is REQUIRED.
Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury litigation experience is REQUIRED.
Litigation experience including strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial prep.

Responsibilities

Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to trial.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
Collaborate with case managers and firm leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
