Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
• Proven track record in PI litigation including settlements and verdicts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of personal injury claims and lawsuits.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine facts and damages.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Provide legal guidance to clients throughout litigation.
• Manage case files and communicate with clients about progress.
• Handle lien reductions and subrogation issues.
• Attend court proceedings and advocate for clients in trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals.
