Job summary

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Southern California with at least 2 years of personal injury experience. The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, perform motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ideal candidates possess ownership of their caseload, strong writing and speaking abilities, and the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clients, courts, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with case strategy.
• Draft, file, and argue motions as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and drive follow-up.
• Take and defend depositions with preparation and advocacy.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service.
