Tremendous growth opportunity for a full time experienced attorney who specializes in motor vehicle, trip and fall, construction accidents, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Excellent compensation & benefits package including bonuses related to settlements with a full litigation case list ready to manage with our team.

The candidate MUST possess the following:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
• A minimum of 4-10 years of litigation experience in personal injury
• Ability & experience in handling personal injury matters in the prelitigation and litigation arenas.
• Spanish required
• Must be a team builder to help the firm grow;
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
• Dedicated and hard-working and ready to build a practice;
• Able to multi-task;
• Able to handle a large work load;
