Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented attorney to join our Jacksonville office. As an associate, you will work closely with our attorneys, providing support before, during, and after trials.

You will handle client relationships, prepare reports and documents, and collaborate with expert witnesses and paralegals to support litigation efforts. A Florida Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in personal injury law
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interact with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
