Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an attorney for a high-volume personal injury practice across multiple markets. You will manage a PI caseload from intake to resolution, meeting clients with compassion and guiding them through the process. The role requires a JD, 2+ years PI experience, and an active bar license in the relevant state. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

You will work within a larger platform with strong compensation, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Meet with clients, build trust, and guide them through the legal process with compassion and clarity.
• Evaluate claims, assess damages, and develop practical case strategies.
• Draft and respond to litigation documents, discovery, and demand packages.
• Communicate with insurers and opposing counsel regarding claims, demands, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial as needed (no trial experience required, but litigation readiness matters).
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently.

Note: Candidates must be actively barred and in good standing in the state for the office location they are pursuing (Illinois, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Indiana, Pennsylvania).
