Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injurylitigationcases with the support of a dedicated paralegal team.
• Lead all aspects oflitigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insuranceadjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winninglitigationstrategies and further your legal skills.
