Job Overview:
A well-established law firm located in Coral Gables, FL, is currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal team. This role requires a driven legal professional capable of independently managing litigation files, engaging compassionately with clients, and advancing cases toward favorable resolution-including trial, if necessary. Ideal candidates will be results-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to advocating for injured clients.

Duties:

Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial

Conduct thorough client interviews and maintain ongoing communication

Evaluate claims and provide a case strategy from inception to resolution

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

Conduct depositions and court appearances

Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers

Prepare cases for trial and litigate when necessary

Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Active and good-standing member of the Florida Bar

3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law

Demonstrated trial preparation and courtroom skills

Strong understanding of claim evaluation and negotiation practices

Education:
