Job summary

Ikon Search in Los Angeles partners with an established plaintiff-side personal injury firm to add an Associate Trial Attorney to its litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PI litigator who wants to continue building trial experience on complex, high-value PI matters.

Responsibilities include managing a PI caseload through litigation and resolution, handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, expert coordination, mediations, and settlements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• First or second-chair experience on at least one case through verdict.
• Strong experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Comfortable independently managing a litigation caseload.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff across active matters.

$150,000–$225,000 base salary, depending on experience and trial background, with additional performance-based earning potential.
