Job summary

Morgan & Morgan seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Los Angeles team, providing support before, during and after trials. You will work closely with our Trial Attorneys to learn and execute the playbook and become a polished litigator.

You will develop litigation skills in personal injury cases, maintain client relationships, prepare reports and documents, and coordinate with paralegals and experts in a fast-paced, purpose-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
