Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to support our trial teams. You will work closely with Trial Attorneys, manage filings, prepare documents, and help build compelling cases from start to finish.

You will develop litigation skills, contribute to client relations, and advance personal injury cases while learning the firm’s playbook under world-class litigators. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Handling files from complaint to resolution
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
