• Competitive salary & estimated OTE; commission based on case profits. Typical case value is over $750K-$1M. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 (above $200K for over 5 years of plaintiff-side PI experience), with uncapped total compensation.
• Manage approximately 25-30 cases, with 10-12 settlements per year. Most cases settle pre-trial, resulting in a high win ratio.
• Receive a 25% bonus of net attorney fees on cases you bring in.
• No business development required.
