GLP Attorneys, P.S., Inc. is seeking a Legal Assistant to support Spokane-based personal injury cases. You will open new client files, maintain case records, and liaise with clients, medical providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to move cases forward.

The role emphasizes strong organization, responsive client service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy personal injury practice. Training and potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant or in a professional office environment is highly desired.
• Prior experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new client files and maintain accurate case records.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and other involved parties.
• Prepare correspondence and conduct client reviews.
• Coordinate medical bill payments and verify account balances.
• Support attorneys and legal teams to manage active caseloads.
