T. MADDEN & ASSOCIATES, P.C. seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury team in Atlanta, Decatur, and surrounding areas.

You will support attorneys and case managers through discovery to trial, manage a diverse caseload, and help improve processes to enhance client representation. You will gather information from clients, conduct investigations, perform legal research, and draft essential pleadings and discovery responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Proficiency with legal case management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular client communications, gather information, provide updates, and answer inquiries.
• Investigate personal injury cases and collect relevant evidence.
• Conduct legal research to support attorneys.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Assist in discovery by organizing documents and coordinating production.
• Aid in trial prep by organizing exhibits and witness lists.
• File court documents timely, including electronic filing.
• Interact with opposing counsel professionally.
• Track billable hours and expenses.
• Manage court deadlines and calendar events.
• Utilize legal tech tools to manage case information.
• Provide general client support for positive experience.
