HQ Intake seeks a highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist with strong sales experience to join our remote team. You will handle inbound calls and emailed leads from people seeking help from personal injury law firms.

This fully remote position recruits nationwide, with shifts covering 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET or PT. You will screen potential clients, gather case details, and connect qualified callers with the right law firm on a single call.

Job description

HQ Intake is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist with strong sales experience to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emailed leads from people seeking help from personal injury law firms. This is a work-from-home position with no cold calling.

This is a fully remote position and we are recruiting nationwide.

We are looking for new rockstars to work our 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time shift, and we are also looking for West Coast candidates to work our 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Pacific Time shift.

Our Legal Intake Specialists screen potential clients, gather case details, build trust quickly, and help qualified callers connect with the legal representation they need. The right candidate is compassionate, persuasive, organized, and comfortable closing on a single call.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience required; 3 years of inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to close on a single call
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Empathetic, professional, and calm under pressure
• Fast learner and highly trainable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Comfortable multitasking across calls, email, CRM, and Google Workspace
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required --- English-only applicants are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour base pay, plus commission with uncapped earning potential

Schedule

This is a full-time role, five days a week. Every schedule includes weekend coverage. Your hours depend on where you're located:

East / Central shift

• Eastern time: 12:30 PM -- 9:00 PM
• Central time: 11:30 AM -- 8:00 PM

Mountain / West shift

• Mountain time: 1:30 PM -- 10:00 PM
• Pacific time: 12:30 PM -- 9:00 PM

We're hiring across four schedules:

• Sunday through Thursday (Friday and Saturday off)
• Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
• Split days off: one weekend day off and one weekday off, and your two days off are not back-to-back. Example: off Sunday and Wednesday, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Weekend coverage: both Saturday and Sunday are working days, with two consecutive weekdays off. Example: working Saturday through Wednesday, off Thursday and Friday.

Specific days off are assigned based on coverage needs, so you should be open to more than one schedule.

Experience:

• sales, inside sales, or phone-based closing: 2 years (Required)
• legal intake experience at a law firm: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
