Job summary

Ligori & Ligori Attorneys at Law in Tampa, FL seeks a Personal Injury Discovery Scheduler to support our trial team. You will organize and draft discovery requests, manage responses, and coordinate depositions and other proceedings with attorneys, judges, and clients.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English preferred), plus a track record of reliable, timely work and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
• Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
• Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
• Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses in a timely and efficient.
• Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents, including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
• Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
• Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
• Preparation of other pleadings, Motions, and Orders under the supervision of attorneys, as needed.

Job description

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Discovery Scheduler.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
• Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.

Benefits:

• $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
• Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
