Qualifications

As a Personal Injury Claims Examiner, you’ll provide reassurance and assistance that make a difference in our customers' lives. You will guide policyholders through the complicated medical aspects of auto insurance claims, as you deliver world-class service. You will investigate medical necessity, determine casualty, evaluate the validity of personal injury insurance claims, and monitor case files over the course of treatment.

• Customer Interaction: Consult with involved parties (customers, other carriers, attorneys, medical providers), secure medical information, and review insurance contracts, associated reports, and billing documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Qualifications: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Availability: Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

#Geico300 Annual Salary $27.47 - $42.73 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
