This claims-focused role handles pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement or referral; reviews medical records, coordinates with the support team, and negotiates under attorney direction while keeping clients informed with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bodily injury claims or plaintiff-side PI cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines without losing detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of pre-litigation PI matters from intake through settlement or referral.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide timely case updates.
• Monitor treatment progress and identify gaps affecting the claim.
• Evaluate liability, coverage, causation, injuries, damages, and wage loss.
• Review medical records and bills with the support team.
• Prepare attorney-ready case summaries and settlement evaluations.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and assist with negotiations under attorney direction.
• Maintain accurate CasePeer notes, tasks, and deadlines.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues promptly.
