Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury or legal field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in legal role or insurance adjustment preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact with existing and potential clients daily via phone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and coordinate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Liaise with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
• Collaborate with team members to manage case files.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare demands for carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case summaries to attorneys when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
