The role involves daily client contact, medical records coordination, and collaboration with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to advance cases under attorney supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have team-oriented mindset with ability to follow procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Typing no less than 35 wpm and solid computer/database skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with existing and potential clients by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Coordinate with carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Collaborate with coworkers on case file management and support.
