At least 2 years in legal or insurance role shared.
Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Proactive interaction with clients, insurers and medical providers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with ability to juggle deadlines.

Responsibilities

Daily interaction with clients via phone and in person.
Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment.
Gather documents to support injury/liability positions.
Coordinate with insurers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
Collaborate with coworkers on case management and file support.
Maintain organized case files and prepare demands for carriers.
Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
