Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our injury law team in Mobile, AL. The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and empathy as you support attorneys with settlements, document prep, and client communications.

You will interact with clients, medical providers, and insurers, manage case files from intake to closing, and ensure accurate, timely submissions while upholding the firm's commitment to protecting the people, not the powerful.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in legal or insurance roles preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and typing 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Coordinate with insurers and providers to obtain records and balances.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and deduct balances with providers.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case files and support.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and submit to carriers.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
