Qualifications

• 2+ years of case management experience (personal injury preferred).
• At least 1 year of law office experience (required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with medical records and insurance claims.
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and support.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep cases moving forward.
• Obtain and review medical records and bills.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters on claims.
• Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
• Support settlement and case closing processes.
