We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing Pre-Litigation team. We provide full training for this role, although a background in personal injury law is required.

Position Overview:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will manage cases from start to finish, including conducting client interviews, developing case management plans, coordinating medical appointments, and managing property damage claims. You will be a key contact for clients, ensuring case progress and timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information.
2. Develop and implement individualized case management plans.
3. Maintain accurate case notes and records in CASEpeer.
4. Monitor case progress and adjust plans as necessary.
5. Coordinate and schedule medical appointments.
6. Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a personal injury law firm with similar responsibilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems like CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
