Job summary

Johnson Law Group in Houston, Texas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cases, handle pre-litigation and litigation, and provide exceptional client service. This role requires a J.D.

from an accredited law school, active Texas State Bar membership, and a minimum of 3 years of PI or probate experience. Strong writing, research, and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD and active Texas State Bar membership required.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury or probate litigation experience.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and mediations preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation.
• Draft pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Direct and monitor probate processes with docket managers.
• Review and summarize medical records and case files.
• Communicate updates to clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, and other firms.
