Double Executive Search Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on trial-ready strategy. You will own PI cases from intake through resolution, negotiating with insurers to maximize client recoveries and drafting motions for court disputes.

The right candidate will have 3+ years of PI experience, an active Washington license, and a proven track record in civil litigation, including depositions and arbitrations.

Qualifications

• JD and active license to practice in Washington
• 3+ years of personal injury experience are required
• Solid track record negotiating with insurance companies
• Arbitration and deposition experience strongly desired
• Civil litigation experience including drafting and filing motions is a plus

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize client recoveries
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior Court
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle arbitrations (2–3 prior arbitrations strongly preferred)
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and client communication
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed — including administrative tasks

Location: Bellevue, WA

Annual salary: up to 200K DOE - Bonuses based on personal and firm performance

Willing and able to work in the office 5 days a week.Hybrid work model is available after 6 months of employment
